Carlos Tornes is a retired DMV Principal Hearing Officer. Mr. Tornes comes to the Law Offices of Darryl Genis with more than 20 years experience presiding over DMV Administrative Hearings of all types, including fraud license, medical condition, and DUI administrative per se.
He holds a Teachers Credential in Driver Education and has been a Driver License Supervisor. Mr. Tornes earned his degree in Government Administration from Moorpark College and his Communication Management Certificate from the University of Southern California. He also attended the University of Sacramento’s DMV Program, where he completed classes in Administrative Law, Evidence and Criminal Law. Mr. Tornes maintains his expertise in DUI defense and DMV defense by attending regular seminars.
